The salesman, Justin, was fantastic…knowledgeable and not pushy. He was most concerned with my satisfaction! Only reason I put 4 stars instead of 5….the tacked on charges added a lot to price: platinum setup (149), warranty (249); also the requirement to purchase a cover (119) to keep warranty intact seems like a hidden charge. However, I ended up getting it for free with coupon and manager approval. Love the interest free financing! Overall a great experience!!

Tried out several mattresses and was satisfied with the variety. As the staff was finishing up with a customer’s purchase, I decided to further test out the bed I wanted. I almost fell asleep (due to comfort not necessarily bc it took forever). The mattress came with a free adjustable base, but they almost charged me for it. Luckily since I can do math, I caught it quickly and it was no big deal. Free delivery to the door which is great; don’t need to pay $100 or more for people to bring it inside imo. I would definitely shop at the Seneca store for a mattress in the future.
