We stopped in to the store to check out the beds and were greeted right away. Mettow, our sales lady, asked a few questions about what we were looking for and pointed us in the right direction, as far as which beds she felt matched what we were looking for. She let us take our time laying on each of the mattresses until we found the right one. She was very knowledgeable and friendly and was never "pushy" about making a sale. We already had an idea of what we were looking for before walking in, and she led us right to it without even mentioning it! We are very satisfied with the customer service we received in the store and after the purchase of our new bed! If you're in the market for a new bed, stop in and see Mettow!
