My previous mattress had gotten to the point where I could no longer wake up without back pain so it was time for it to go. I started by browsing all the usual online sites to find a mattress that would work. I am use to just getting the low end bed in a box and could not for the life of me tell the difference between firm medium or plush. So I went to mattress firm to give it a try. When I arrived Jeff started me off on different mattress and used their little 'find your match' tool to sort out preferences and what would be best for how I sleep. I settled on a nice plush mattress that felt fantastic. He also introduced me to the world of adjustable bases and helped me pick one out. They were delivered in a timely fashion to my home where the gentlemen set up the base and mattress as well as taking away the old set. There was a minor hiccup with the base that Jeff immediately went to work to fix it. I've had the mattress and base for a few days now. They are definitely a winning combination. I have slept comfortably through the night with no back pain in the morning. So glad I went to the physical store instead of buying online and hoping I picked the right one.
