Laith from the Jackson, TN store was very professional and wanted us to have a good buying experience. He tried us out on the best mattress first. I tried others in the store at his request. He wanted to be sure I wanted the Tempurpedic that I had chosen - the really firm one. He was polite and professional at all times.
