Store was organized and friendly. We were greeted and welcomed as soon as we walked in the store. Domingo was very helpful and patient. He listened to our requests and showed us what was available. He was not pushy and was very friendly and polite while he patiently gave us time to decide. We purchased the sealy norman and adjustable base. The paperwork and payment was efficient. Upon arriving to the warehouse (different location) the seamless process continued. Pasquale was attentive and we were able to pick up our order in two separate pick ups, both times were a pleasant interaction. We really appreciated the customer service at this store and would shop there again. Thank you all so much at the mattress firm Moore plaza location, keep up the solid work.

Salespeople were very courteous. Sale was promptly processed. The only slight inconvenience was having to drive to the warehouse. But all in all we were pleased with our purchase.

I was immediately greeted warmly. Me sales person, James, listened intently to my wants and "don't wants", and proceeded to show me options, explaining the differences with each. He was patient and respectful of my questions and I left happily awaiting delivery in 3 days. BUT...he called the next day saying my particular mattress would not arrive from warehouse for another several days. After he listened to my disappointment about having to sleep with an old woman's back on the sofa for several more nights, he made arrangements for me to have a "loaner" mattress until mine arrives. A perfect solution for me. So...in a few words, haha, my experience couldn't have been better. Thank You Sherry Castle
