I’m so glad we came to this mattress firm where my Husband and I met Jamil! First of all let me tell you, Jamil is such a great salesman and person. His personality is so welcoming and just a joy to be around. I really can’t wait to recommend friends, family and even strangers to mattress firm in general but this specific mattress firm only because they have Jamil on duty! He really helped us find the best bed and gave me so many options and really took into consideration the fact that I told him I’m in my early stages of pregnancy. He personally recommended beds I’d enjoy for when I’m too round to sleep on my back lol he’s honestly the best and I will come back only to buy more accessories fro Jamil even though we are moving to spring I will drive down here to buy from Jamil! I was fortunate enough to be the only customer at the time I came into the store. I was greeted warmly by Jamil, the salesman/manager. Over the next hour or so, he asked me questions regarding how I sleep and had me lay on several mattresses. With the feedback I provided and his assessment, we were able to determine which mattress would best meet my needs. Overall, it was a most positive experience.

I bought my king size mattress and adjustable base here several years ago so I wanted to take my mom here first. Jamil is the young man who waited on me and my mom. Mom wanted to downsize from a king bed to a twin so that she could have more room in her bedroom. At her age she didn't want to spend a lot of money. He was able to work with her to get a great deal on a mattress and an adjustable base along with a couple of extras. We're both very happy with her purchase. Thanks Mattress Firm!!!

Buying a new mattress is always difficult, but Jamil made it so much easier. He showed us top of the line, bottom of the line and mid-range mattresses that were all the level of firmness we told him we wanted. He worked with us on the price with my military discount, and got us just what we wanted for our 2nd bedroom bed. Then Max delivered and set it up perfectly for us.
