The staff was amazing! We went in for a mattress topper and instead bought a new mattress and frame. Our sales lady made us realize we were only trying to fix our problem with a band-aid. I went in to purchase a mattress. Salesperson Virginia was very helpful and knowledgeable of Mattress Firms mattresses. She was not there to push you into buying high price. She allowed me to see the most expensive to least expensive. But the ultimate choice was totally left to me. No pressure and a very friendly environment. I would highly recommend them.
