Devin was so helpful and friendly, he answered all our questions. I was there just to look around. Was not sure what I wanted at first, than Devin help us. Asking us questions and showing us the difference between the mattresses . And I was sold. Definitely will recommend this location to everyone. Devin is the person to go too.😊

Went in and gave a mattress size, maximum price, and height of mattress. Asked what best selling, and longest comfort wear was within those limits. We decided on one, then ended up chosing a mattress $100 over because of our comfort, and higher recommendation from the worker and other reviews he showed us. He was not pushy, and very friendly. We've bought 2 mattresses from this Mattress Firm location, and both times have been great customer service.

Devin was professional, patient, and knowledgeable regarding the best mattresses to fit our important concerns and comfort. We were upfront about our visits and selection at local retail mattress stores. He stated the named manufacturer we’d mentioned was a great quality choice. As the consumer we are used to sales representatives disqualifying other brands; he did not and we found that quality refreshing. He worked with us for a couple of hours before we decided on a mattress we hope to have long past the 10 year warranty period!
