Simply put, I had an excellent experience at mattress firm! I was not looking forward to mattress shopping and a high pressure sales person. What I got, was a very professional and friendly gentleman in S Wade. This young man treated me with respect and understood my needs as far as a new mattress. My wife and I went to buy a new mattress only. Jesus was the salesman and he was fantastic. We explained what we were looking for and he took us around the showroom and explained each mattress we tried. He is very polite, knowledgeable, and friendly. After only 20 minutes we ended up buying an entire bed. He didn’t pressure us to make the purchase. He didn’t try to oversell us on anything. He is a fantastic person. I would recommend anyone to go see him.

Evan, the store manager was excellent! The only issue I have is that you're automated payment system would not show that I had paid by credit card, it showed that I paid by cash. Evan processed it and set up a delivery for Sunday but after we had left the store and they had closed, I got a call from him saying that it showed that the charge did not go through. I checked my credit card and the charge certainly did go three for $713.60, that was 703.60 for the mattress and delivery and sales tax, plus a $10 donation to the Red Cross. So I don't know what to do about the email saying that I still needed to pay for it again. My card shows it has already been paid and you guys have it in your account.
