I was in the store for about an hour, trying to make exactly the right decision about a new mattress. Rory was patient and thorough, answering all the questions I asked and the ones I don’t even think to ask. He found the exact pillow I use at home so that I could have a good comparison as I went from mattress to mattress resting to find the right one for me. It was one of the more pleasant buying experiences I’ve ever had. I never even made it to the plethora of other mattress stores in the neighborhood (which I intended to do) Delivered the next day, this mattress and base are the perfect fit for my sleep.

They were very helpful and knowledgeable about their products. They didn't have the mattress we wanted in their store, but they offered to have one sent to their store. They called other locations near them and found one we could pick up ourselves that day. We were very pleased with their service.
