My husband is in a wheelchair and I currently use a walker as an aid. Kim and Levi were amazingly sweet and very accommodating. Kim helped us every step of the way, gave us multiple options, recommended several mattresses and products based on our needs, and tried to find a happy medium for us based on what we wanted and needed. We spent a couple hours in the store, talking through our options, trying all the different mattresses, and Kim was so patient and willing to help. It was a wonderful experience and I’m glad we went through them. Shopping with my husband right now is not an easy experience but it didn’t feel like we were a burden, like we weren’t in the way, and like Kim really wanted to help. I hope anyone who sees this goes through Kim and Levi for a new mattress and everything that goes with it, you won’t be disappointed.

First, when I walked into the store the employee greeted me and said she would be right with me. Next, after only seeing me once, she acknowledged that she had helped me. I was impressed because it was 3 month ago. Then she was very pleasant and very efficient. I ordered a set of sheet and she provided information to help me track the sheet. She was fun to talk to but was aware that her other customers were making use of the time to make a decision. But didn't forget about them.

I like Mattress Firm. They have good products at competitive prices. Knocking one star for posting the wrong prices on products. I had to negotiate before the sales rep rang me up and he noticed the price was actually lower in the computer. We could have avoided all that hassle! :)
