I was very skeptical of shopping/buying a mattress from a local store (compared to online) due to price but Sean able to not only match but beat the online price/deal online. Sean is fantastic sleep expert to work with. His in-depth knowledge in sleeping and in the mattress industry is shown through his enthusiasm as he presented it to me. He was very patient and made sure all of concerns were taken care of. It was a very comfortable experience and I could not ask for more. Shopping at Mattress Firm has blew all my expectation for mattress shopping.

We purchased a mattress from Sean at this location and I can't say enough about the service he provided! He was helpful, knowledgeable and efficient in his work. He did everything he could to help us in any way possible while also giving us knowledge about the different mattresses in the store. Sean is a big people person and that is what made me want to purchase from him today. His ability to make interpersonal connections really impressed me when I walked into store. If I ever needed to buy another mattress I would defiantly come and see him again!

I'd give 10 stars if I could. The Customer Service was OUTSTANDING!!! Sean and Kayla met all the needs. They were knowledgeable, patient and on it! My need was last minute as I'm suddenly caring for a senior relative. I had to go out of town so my sister had to step in and Sean came through on so many levels. Thank you are 2 simple words but often overlooked and unspoken. THANK YOU!!!
