The salesman Gregory was very helpful and put no pressure on my wife and I to buy a new mattress. He explained all the differences in easy to understand terms. It was a pleasure to shop there. The guy was nice and all. I bought an adjustable frame for the first time. Just a hint- call your customers and ask whether they were satisfied, and offer additional products. He easily could have sold me a headboard or a new mattress. I also wish they had their own delivery team instead of subcontractors.

Customer service was great. Geoffrey helped me pick out what I wanted on line. The only thing I didn't care for was Ups. They left my stuff outside my Apartment building so my Landlord had to take it up Two flights of steps. Then I had to had to carry in the 80 lb stuff in to get out of hallway. But they are really nice and helpful and I got what I was looking for (I hope)
