My wife and I were in and out! Great experience. We went in considering a certain option and Roscio Ricks knew every detail about any mattress comparable without looking at any specs! This man had everything memorized and responded immediately to our questions. His main concern was our comfort and basically stated all of our issues combined would begin to be corrected narrowing down to about 3 mattresses. He did not sell us on anything even after presenting any current specials or sales. He listened to our needs and found our next PERFECT mattress and adjustable base! Outstanding Professional Service I came in to purchase a mattress for one of my clients and Ms Delahoya an employee personally purchased 2 additional beds for my clients children. Ms Delahoya has a heart made of gold She was an absolute Godsend. She also informed me that they have a give back program. Ms Delahoya and Mattress FIRM were truly a blessing. They helped me to help others in the community that are in need. My client was ecstatic and very grateful to have a bed for her and her children after living in and out of shelters and being homeless for almost 2 years.
