My best friend & I came to Mattress Firm with the intentions to look around & not buy anything. Konrad came to greet us & asked what we were looking for, he gave a description of all the mattresses they had & I saw a mattress that was on sale for Labor Day. I really liked it & it was in my budget, everything that I want! I would’ve been silly to pass up the offer! My best friend & I each got our own mattress & I bought one for my brother as well because he was in need of one too! Konrad was really patient with us & super understanding & made us feel really comfortable. I don’t like to feel rushed at all when making purchases so Konrad’s patience was so greatly appreciated! We got our mattresses & pillows ordered with FREE delivery.. and an AMAZING deal!! Fast forward 20 hours later I call Konrad again because another friend was in need of a mattress too. We went with Konrad & got the same amazing deal! I am so happy to get a new mattresses & help others get one as well! Definitely will be referring future clients to Konrad! A queen memory foam mattress with 2 comfy pillows for less than $350, just amazing! Make sure to get your mattress on sale 🤣🤣 within 24hrs: 4 mattresses & 6 pillows! We stopped in on a Sunday afternoon and were immediately greeted/assisted by James. I came in with an idea of what type of mattress we’d be purchasing, but I was completely off. James took the time to ask us both questions regarding comfort and what we were looking for in a mattress. We tested out a ton of mattresses to figure out what suited us best. We ended up buying something totally different than what I thought we’d go with. Very glad we actually took the time to come in and test out mattresses instead of buying a mattress online based on reviews. Delivery was also quick. Highly recommend James and Mattress Firm of Bonney Lake!

My wife and I came in to the store to buy pillows. They had a large selection of pillows and mattresses to test out. The salesperson who helped us out was Konrad. He was very kind and Knowledgeable and answered all our questions. The atmosphere was very relaxed and there was no pressure to make a purchase. We ended up purchasing 2 pillows. We had found the same pillows cheaper on Amazon and Konrad was able to price match them for us without any issues. We will definitely be back to purchase a mattress. I recommend this store.
