Colin was very helpful in helping me choose a bed that I think will fit my needs. I also bought a set of sheets and a pillow with a rebate provided with the holiday sale. I was able to get next day delivery which was wonderful. The delivery people were very helpful in removing my old mattress and quickly installed the new one. Overall, it was a very good experience.

Best experience we have ever had buying a mattress. Colin was incredible and showed us all our options and the positives and very few negatives of any mattress. SUPER knowledgeable about sleep and everything that contributes to a good nights sleep. If we need another mattress anytime soon, which with what we bought we shouldn’t need another one, we will be going back to the Covington mattress firm!

I wish I could give more than five stars because Collin at Mattress Firm was absolutely AMAZING! I walked in with my brother who was looking for a bed and has special needs. As soon as we entered the store Collin greeted us with a smile and such positive energy ! He was so kind and patient with my brother it was truly appreciated! He took the time taking out each bed my brother liked and found a great bed in our price range that my brother was beyond happy about ! Collins customer service was absolutely amazing ! I have also bought a bed from this same store about 5 years ago and i am still in love with it ! Thank you Collin and Mattress Firm ! You all are the best !
