My girlfriend and I have been trying out different mattresses for over 2 years now. We have not been able to find one that helps alleviate our back, hip, and shoulder pain. When we walked in late Saturday night we weren't sure what mattress we wanted. Jason, the store manager, was there and greeted us with a smile. He took his time showing us different beds and explaining the differences. He was very professional, informative, and most importantly he wasn't pushy like most salesmen. He stayed almost an hour after they were closed just to complete our purchase and helps us out. We are very thankful for Jason and are super excited about our new bed! I would most definitely recommend you visit Jason and mattress firm if you are on the hunt for the perfect bed!

Jason was extremely helpful in directing me to mattresses that would be best for my needs. He was patient as I tried bed after bed, and asked many questions about differences between models. I never once felt like he was "selling"... he was like a trusted friend who truly cared about MY needs and budget. He demonstrated he had a wealth of knowledge and was passionate about his job. Customer service was exceptional. Went in to buy a bed and left with a PHD in sleep PLUS a bed. Paul was great to work with. He really breaks it down to help you understand WHY you aren’t sleeping well and it really all made sense.
