Our experience at this Oshkosh location was exceptional! Upon entering the store we were pleasantly greeted by the sleep expert, Greg. He listened to our needs and was emphatic. He gave us options within our price range and did not pressure our decision. Greg was patient, comical, professional, and efficient with his service. We were so greatly surprised at the phenomenal sales experience at Matress Firm and recommend going there FIRST when looking for a new mattress. I must say it was a pleasure shopping at Mattress Firm! They had me as I walk in with a welcoming scent that made the whole shopping experience relaxing! Isn’t that what one wants when they’re shopping for a mattress? My salesman Greg was very patient as I took weeks to finalize my purchase.
