Steve was great to work with. He understood that the Mattress was for my son who is 19 and only 150 pounds. My son wanted something plush that he could sink into and be comfortable. Melissa Rosenberg came in on a day that she wasn’t scheduled to be in the store to take care of my order. I had met her previously when I was investigating new beds. She bent over backwards to get me the highest quality (tempur Pro-adapt) product at the best possible price. She was patient, helpful and really made me feel like a valued customer. Her work ethic and demeanor makes is an outstanding reflection on the company. I spent a lot of money but felt both extremely well taken care of and as if someone was really on my side trying to get me the very best value possible.

We walked into here with the intention of not purchasing a mattress that day. We just wanted to see some mattresses and start working on making up our minds on which mattress was right for us. We were met by a gentleman named Bill. He was not naggy and breathing down our necks like many salesman typically are. He was able to give us space when we needed it and also answer any questions that we had. We ended up leaving there with a mattress, bedframe, peace of mind, and a smile on our faces. I would highly recommend working with Bill if you're looking to purchase a mattress. Thank you for the great experience.
