Jennifer was absolutely excellent. I e never bought a mattress from mattress firm before and she made it such an easy process and within my budget. I unfortunately had to return it shortly after my purchase due to my sister giving me her mattress. Jennifer made it super easy to do, I was so embarrassed and she made me feel better about having to do the return. I no longer have a fear of buying a mattress in a store lol Thank you so much Jennifer.
