The sales associate was very professional. He asked questions to help us determine which type of mattress would be appropriate. He let us take our time testing various mattresses for firmness and comfort without any sales pressure. We were informed of the prices, discounts and options available. Everything from walking into the store with a very large array of mattresses to walking out having made arrangements for home delivery and set up of our new purchase, including removal and disposal of the old mattress, was a relaxed, friendly and professional experience.
