Red Carpet Delivery Details
If your delivery is late, simply contact the store of your original purchase after signing the delivery manifest with the delivery time stamp and we will credit your account or mail a refund check for the price of your delivery fee within three weeks.
Participation may vary. See store for details. Not applicable on all products. As part of our Red Carpet Delivery Service, we will contact you to schedule delivery whenever it's convenient for you. While we install your new mattress, we will also haul your old mattress away.
A person 18 years or older must be present to receive the delivery. If the delivery is missed because you are not at home during your scheduled delivery window, a $79.99 redelivery fee will be required before scheduling a redelivery.

WHAT THE WARRANTY DOES NOT COVER
• Normal wear and tear, and body impressions of .75 inches or less
• Firmness preference of the product or normal material softening
• Distressed merchandise, which is sold as is (unless other agreements were documented at the time of purchase)
WHAT VOIDS THE WARRANTY
• Stains, soiling, burns, odors (including cigarette smoke)
• Mattress damage including drag marks when moving the mattress or box spring
• Inadequate support from improper box springs or frame
• Bent or broken border wires
• Upholstery compaction or excessive softening due to insufﬁcient turning (see Important Care and Use Instructions)
• Improper storage - mattress should be stored ﬂat

For the warranty to be valid, you must be the original registered owner and have purchased from an authorized dealer (in the United States). You must provide a copy of the original store receipt or other proof of purchase.
IMPORTANT CARE AND USE INTRUCTIONS
MATTRESS PROTECTION We do not recommend using conventional mattress covers. Mattress protectors designed to work speciﬁcally for your product are available from your retailer, and are guaranteed by their manufacturer to protect your product from ﬂuids and moisture. STAINS ON THE PRODUCT WILL VOID THE WARRANTY. FRAME AND BOX SPRING SUPPORT
FRAME AND BOX SPRING SUPPORT
We recommend purchasing a base or box springs through your Intellibed dealer. If mattresses are placed on a “platform” or “slat” bed, slats must be at least two inches wide and no more than two inches apart. Additionally, there must be a center support that runs down the center of the mattress vertically and horizontally. INADEQUATE BOX SPRINGS OR A FRAME THAT DOES NOT PROPERLY SUPPORT YOUR PRODUCT WILL VOID YOUR WARRANTY.
RECOMMENDED MATTRESS BREAK IN TIPS
You may notice that the product feels as though the surface is collapsing under certain areas of your body. The product is doing what it is designed to do, which is to relieve pressure, provide ﬁrm support of the back and proper alignment of the spine. As with any change, it may take some time for your body to adjust to the additional comfort and support provided by the product.
DO NOT ATTEMPT TO TURN THE PRODUCT ALONE, AS SERIOUS INJURY COULD OCCUR. You must rotate the mattress once a month for the ﬁrst six months, and then once every six months thereafter. Rotate it so the head becomes the foot. The product is made of materials known for their ability to resist sagging and body impressions.
