5 Year Limited Warranty
Pacific Coast Feather Company (“PCFC”) warrants to the original purchaser or original user that this product (a) contains Hyperclean® fill with dust, dirt and allergens removed when manufactured and can be returned up to thirty days from the date of purchase if use is not allergy free, and (b) will be free from defects in workmanship or materials for a period of ten years from the date of purchase.
Exclusive Remedy: If product use is not allergy free, return it to place of purchase with receipt within thirty days of purchase for a refund. If during the warranty period, this product has a defect in workmanship or materials, PCFC will repair or replace the item of equal or greater value at PCFC’s option. Contact PCFC at 1-888-297-1778 or email us at warrantyreturns@pcf.com to obtain a Return Authorization number and address for shipping to PCFC at sender’s expense. Returns must include return authorization number and proof of purchase.
Exclusions/Conditions: This warranty does not cover (a) reduction in loft of filling material over time, (b) product that is not cleaned in accordance with PCFC’s instructions, or (c) product that is used without a protective covering.
Disclaimer: This warranty is the only warranty extended by PCFC on this product. PCFC DISCLAIMS ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, INCLUDING ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE BEYOND THE DURATION OF THIS WARRANTY OR SUCH OTHER PERIOD AS APPLICABLE LAW PERMITS, WHICHEVER IS SHORTER. Some States do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, so the above limitation may not apply to you.
IN NO EVENT WILL PCFC HAVE ANY LIABILITY FOR ANY INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES. Some States do not allow the exclusion of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may have other rights which vary from State to State.
