COVID-19 Delivery Updates

Having your mattress delivered with care and safe practices has always been a standard at Mattress Firm, however, we’re taking extra precautions to address the safety of both our drivers and our customers within their homes. Some of these additional measures include:

  • All our mattresses are delivered in sealed, plastic bags.
  • Our delivery teams are cleaning the trucks twice a day.
  • Proactively asking customers if they would like for us to use gloves when making their delivery.
  • Wiping down all tablets and phones with alcohol-based screen wipes after every delivery stop.
  • Enhanced cleaning of our distribution centers in high traffic areas.
  • All mattress removals will be completely sealed within the customer’s home before being placed in our truck.

Additional Notices:

  • Due to mandated restrictions, we are unable to offer in-home setup in some states. Your sales associate will confirm if this is applicable to you at the time of purchase.
  • If desired, you can request that the delivery team drop off your product(s) at your front door at the time of delivery. However, you will still be required to sign that you received the delivery.

Red Carpet Delivery Details

If your delivery is late, simply contact the store of your original purchase after signing the delivery manifest with the delivery time stamp and we will credit your account or mail a refund check for the price of your delivery fee within three weeks.

Participation may vary. See store for details. Not applicable on all products. As part of our Red Carpet Delivery Service, we will contact you to schedule delivery whenever it's convenient for you. While we install your new mattress, we will also haul your old mattress away.

A person 18 years or older must be present to receive the delivery. If the delivery is missed because you are not at home during your scheduled delivery window, a $99.99 redelivery fee will be required before scheduling a redelivery.
