Great service
We needed a new bed and when we visited the showroom Drew was very thorough in explaining our choices. He seemed to focus on what was most comfortable for us, not what was the highest priced product. Once we found the bed we liked it was after closing time. But Drew stayed late and spent time trying to find the mattress and box springs in the warehouse. He found the mattress but not the box springs. On his day off the next day he called other stores and found the box springs so that we could receive them with the mattress on time. Very good service.

Poor service from the men vendor
Went to Avon seeking help on my new mattress, this gentle men was there, no help at all, I first asked for a low rise pillow (free) he gave me the cheapest and tallest pillow in the store, so I asked him, is that the pillow I'm asking for, he replied -yes, horrible pillow.
Then he tells me I need to buy a bed cover so it will not avoid the warrant on my mattress, $99, I payed for it, next day on vail Daily, free cover and free pillow with my Tempur-pedic purchase, after he got my credit card and gave it back, I put it in my wallet, looked back up the vender was gone, never sad thank you or good buy for my $1900.00+ twing mattres purchase,very up sad, will only buy online now. No need to go in that store. Waist of time.

Great Service from Drew!
I called Mattress Firm in Rifle for 6 sets of twin beds for housing located in Rifle. They were unable to help me and told me that the could not get them shipped to the store in time. Told me that Avon location would not be able to help me either, as they do not carry anything low end. In desperation, I called the Avon store anyway and Drew was amazing. Had them ordered, paid for, receipt emailed, and delivered to the store within 48 hours. Got everything I needed quickly and at the right price, all without even stepping into the store. Thank you Drew!!

Beth is great, delivery guys not
We intended to purchase an inexpensive king set for a cabin in the hills. Beth was so knowledgable, helpful and pleasant to work with that we ended up with an expensive set for our home with the plan to take our used set to the cabin.
I could not be there for the delivery. Beth helped out on her day off.
The delivery guys were in a hurry. They would not move the old headboard to the garage, claiming (falsely) that the headboard would not fit down the stairs. This statement as false because my husband as able to do it by himself after they left.
They did not remove all of the plastic wrap from the electric base. They assembled the new bed 8" from the wall and left it there. We had to push it back and center it after they left.
Beth is great. The delivery guys are not.

Great delivery and store selection .
Everything went well except we were not told that one mattress and one box spring delivered meant only one mattress and box spring removed. We had two twin beds and had the understanding and were told that both would be removed. Plus we had two bed frames and headboards. The delivery man helped us out and took the second mattress and box spring. We did eventually find a place for the headboards and frames. He remarked that this happens a lot. Better customer communication needs to happen at your Avon store.

Great Customer Service
Beth at the Avon store is awesome. We purchased multiple beds, and needed to exchange a couple of them. She handled our requests quickly and painlessly. She was great to work with and we would recommend her to anyone needing assistance with purchasing mattresses.

Great bed, okay service
My boyfriend and I bought a king bed about 2 weeks about. We went into the Avon, Colorado store. We were the only customers there. We met with Drew. He showed us a lot of selections. When its came down to purchasing we felt rushed. In addition he had one of his friends sitting at the desk waiting on him to go to out to the bars. It was a super uncomfortable situation. Even though it was 15 minutes after hours and we were closing the deal, he was rushing us. He didn't seem focused on customer care. We are a younger couple and spending over $1000 on a bed was a lot for us, but he made it seem like spending that little was not a big deal to him so we weren't that important.
All in all We love the quality of the bed and very pleased with the product. However, I would defiantly look into your customer service.
