This is a good store to go to!!!
Dave and Mike were full of knowledge and patience. I tried almost all the beds and some a second time and they were more then willing to give me that time to try and figure out the best bed for me. They also helped me complete my order with great information on a frame, mattress cover and sheets. They informed me completely on my warranty and at the end, went over everything we had discussed. They worked with me or a good delivery time and date. This is where people need to go to get a bed of they haven't bought one in awhile. It's amazing the beds now and Mile and Dave are able to bring you up to date!!!!!

Miss Rachel Finch & Matt Santiago took extra good care of me after my mattress purchase. There must have been a little hick up in the system and my mattress was delivered late but they were right on top of it and called me back the next day to ensure I got the mattress that time since it had to be rescheduled. When i came in to get a pillow for the inconvenience they offered a discount, which they didnt have to do but it was very thoughtful. I appreciated my mattress that was sold to me and i will recommend my friends and family. Thank you for the great experience, I have slept great every night since.

Matress Firm has nice people!
My 96 year old father recently purchased a mattress from Mattress Firm. He only wanted a mattress, not a complete set. He explained that he wanted a firm mattress, but not too firm and not too soft. Instead of showing him several styles, the employee showed him three of the higher priced models. He never really looked at how difficult it was for my father to get on these mattresses because they were at least 14 inches high. He ended up purchasing a mattress and then returning it a few days later because it was too high and unsafe for him to sit or sleep on. He bought a different brand that was even more expensive, but much shorter and is much happier even though it cost him more.

Buying a mattress frame
I bought a mattress frame this weekend . The gentleman showed me 3 frames. He showed me 3 frames not telling me it had a glider wheels and not wheels. I returned a few hours later with the Frame to return it and was told I could not return it because the box was opened. I told him I wanted my money back, I had paid cash. The poor guy had to call his supervisor to get approval and was told again he couldn't take back the frame. I insisted I get my money back and he did, but said he shouldn't be doing this. Thanks to his supervisor I was treated poorly, I will never come back into your store.

Very helpful and willing to spend time with me.
Mike was such a pleasure to deal with. He is such a great representative of Mattress Firm. He took the time to explain things I had no idea I needed to think about. Mike found the mattress I needed in another local store and arranged for me to pick it up. The manager of that store was equally helpful and a true pleasure to meet. I could over-hear another representative helping a couple select their mattress while I was purchasing mine. That couple seemed to be truly enjoying their time your representative as well. You have a great organization that serves the people well. THANK YOU!!

Great experience!
My husband and I are from out of state. We were visiting elderly family members in Colorado Springs. We decided we needed to help the family members with new beds and bedding while we were there, and able to help them. The salesman we had was an excellent listener, and very helpful. He did his best to help us save money by offering previously returned mattresses in beautiful condition. Everything except the new sheets (they were shipped directly from a supplier) were delivered the next day without any problems. We are very pleased with this purchasing experience.

Jason made the sale very easy!
Going into July 4th weekend their print and TV ads caught my attention to purchase a queen mattress for my new guest bedroom. Entered the store and was immediately greeted my Jason the store GM. He asked questions to understand my criteria and budget. Quickly knew what I was searching for and showed me a few options. Went over and above to check the database to see if any units were on clearance to help fit my budget. Found the best deal and made everything fit including buying the set with mattress protector. The sale was easy and quick, left happy with a nice deal

Couldn't be happier!
Went in just to look for a mattress for my spare bedroom. The salesman was so helpful and listened to what I was really looking for, he took the time to show me several different mattresses until we found one that I felt was best. He had delivery set for the very next day. The delivery guys were totally professional and were there exactly when they said they would be. The mattress went on sale the very next day after I purchased it and all I had to do was call and the difference was refunded. One of the best purchasing experiences I have ever had! Thanks so much!
