Rated 5 out of 5 by from Very satisfied. After shopping a few different mattress stores in Jacksonville I finally made my decision at your store South of the Avenues on Phillips Highway. The sales associate there was very attentive I believe her name was Kathy. She listened to my needs and was very patient and helping me with my decision. I felt like I was not under sold or oversold and I appreciated that. She scheduled delivery for that same day and the delivery men carried the mattress and box spring up three flights without complaining. I would highly recommend this mattress firm location thank you again Kathy for all your help and patience

Rated 2 out of 5 by from shouldnt bad mouth your competitors The store was clean,and smelled well and I was interested in a Tempur Pedic. I had been to a few competitors, and wanted to see if other stores had comparable incentives. The Salesperson (John) I think his name was, seemed nice at first, but when I mentioned I had been to another store that wasn't a Mattress Firm he began to talk bad about the company, and the sales lady I had spoken with.... Which I felt was very unprofessional. The sales woman at the competition did a wonderful job with explaining to us the differences in the mattresses and helping us to determine what was right for us based on our needs..... Needless to say after hearing the way he talked about them, I was completely turned off... and she earned my business.... A King Ergo Rhapsody.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from "Jersey John" - Fantastic Service My husband and I were not looking forward to shopping for a new mattress...not exactly an exciting purchase. However, the stellar service we received from "Jersey John" made it such a better experience than we would have thought. He not only stayed an HOUR late on a Sunday to finish things up for us, he also spent a good amount of time educating us on the various products, not to mention entertaining our 7 year old daughter while we contemplated the best buy. I only wish all "boring" purchases turned out this favorable. ** John said he was visiting from another store. **

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Great Saleman... Questionable Product John did a great job of in assisting me with selecting beds and getting a competitive price. The delivery team was on time and professional. Unfortunately, the product that was delivered had a tear in the box spring and a piece of wood protruding from the side pushing the fabric and keeping the bed from sitting within the frame correctly. The King bed had a label on it that was off center. The off center label and the condition of the box spring gives me the feeling that I was send "B" product. Neither the box spring of the bed should have past quality control.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Disappointed Took delivery of mattress set and realized the box spring was the regular height instead of the low profile. When it was swapped out (at an additional delivery cost which was more than the cost of the base itself) I noticed that staples were loose or protruding on the top which scratched the underside of the mattress. Called to ask for another replacement and was told this typically happens during shipping and wouldn't be swapped again. So I actually paid a delivery fee for a damaged product. Why doesn't Mattress Firm demand their supplier package products properly, so that customers do not have to hammer in staples and put tape on mattress scratches. If a lamp was delivered to me cracked I wouldn't just tape it up.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Mainly satisfied I was happy to hear my bed was being delivered next day. The only time available was 4-7pm. I got him at 3:45 in case they were early. Call came in at 6:33 that they would be here within 15; they were. Two friendly guys. Took my old mattress, brought the new one in wrapped in plastic. Took the plastic off and there was a black dragging stain across the front. They told me any stains void the warranty. Noted it and took picture. Neither guy had shirts tucked in, saw some major plumber crack. Overall, decent experience. Just need to call about the stain.

I was initially disappointed because the base we got did not have all of the features that the salesperson said it had. Mattress Firm stood behind what the salesperson told us and made it right! I am blown away that a company in today’s age still puts the customer first! The agent from the corporate office was very professional and had the situation corrected in less than a few hours. Thank you Mattress Firm for a great customer service experience and being a company that puts customers first.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Very disappointed Had a horrible experience with every facet of this transaction. The sales man rang up the wrong bed. The delivery guys had to make two more trips after bringing the wrong bed the first time. On the second delivery they called the wrong number. On the third they went to the wrong address, when given the correct one, they advised couldn’t deliver due to the way they get paid per delivery. By far some of the worst customer service. The only reason I kept the bed, is because they had already taken my old bed. Very disappointed with your customer service
