Rated 1 out of 5 by from Lacking clear communication!! It has been a month now and we are still waiting on all pieces of our order. Our initial delivery was rescheduled and we were never informed of the new date and time. We then scheduled the base delivery because it was back ordered and it showed up with the wrong legs for our bed, even after 2 different conversations with the sales person. We scheduled delivery of the correct legs and no one showed up or called. We have now rearranged our schedule 4 times in one month for a new mattress and still do not have everything. Oh and the sheets that were included were delivered in the wrong size and had to be returned.

We also purchased the premium mattress pad recommended by the sales associate, Vaughn. Vaughn was extremely helpful and informative! We are extremely impressed that we got our mattress delivered within 2 hours of our purchase ON THE 4th of July WEEKEND!!! Wow! The delivery guys,Carlos and Jorge, came 1 hour early and were extremely friendly, helpful, fast and accomodating!!! We loved the RED CARPET treament! We look forward everynight to sleep on our comfy bed! We sleep very soundly every night!! Thank you Vaughn, Carlos, Jorge and Mattress Firm!!!!

However, I had an absolutely wonderful experience with the staff at Mattress Firm. Jan, my salesperson was a delightful and pleasant person to work with. She was extremely knowledgable regarding the various mattresses and made extraordinary attempts to meet my needs. Also her co-worker was pleasant and went the extra mile to make me feel like a valued customer. I cannot recall his name but he was enchanting!!! And, Erin was delightful and helpful as well. I plan to purchase future mattresses from this store/location. Oh and the mattress...awhhhh!!!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Wonderful Service from Nathan! My husband and I recently ungraded to a king sized mattress. Nathan was our salesperson, & did a wonderful job. Tonight (almost two months later) we returned to the store because I was having back problems with our new mattress, and we knew we needed to make a change. Nathan was thankful there tonight. He was so helpful and patient in helping us find the right fit. He listened to the problems I was having, and in doing so he was able to point me towards the right direction for a trade in. I could not be happier with the whole process, & I thank Nathan for making it a great experience. Thank you Nathan H.!!!

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Pleasant Experience. My fiancé and I were looking to upgrade to a King size mattress. We visited mattress firm and were quickly helped. We spent a lot of time laying on mattresses and never felt rushed. Delivery was set up a few days later as the computer system was down. I set up the appointment on Thursday, they delivered Friday. The delivery guys called in the morning to see if they could come early (awesome that never happens) and advised me they would be at my house 15 minutes later... and they were! They removed my old mattress and set the new one up very quickly and they did an excellent job. I would definitely recommend!

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Disgusting Customer Service I could've just shop online and got a better deal but instead I went here on Black Friday because I wanted to try the bed before I buy and this place was close by, BIG MISTAKE, at first the place was decent and the sales was not bad since it was during black Friday specials. but ones I got everything I need bed and adjustable frame and pillows, they scheduled me a week later for delivery and then one of the sales staff in the store called me the day before delivery and told me that they can't meet the delivery on the promised day, and had to reschedule me and its got pushed all the way back to another week. and because the place is 30 minutes away from my work I ran only 15 minutes late to my schedule time from of 10:30- 12:30, so I missed the truck because there was no way for me to call the truck driver to wait a couple minutes for me since my phone had no signal in that area, and now I have to have it reschedule the third time, now 2 more days later I'm already leaving early from my work to go back to my house at 10:15 so I can meet the scheduled delivery of 11am-1pm time frame, but as soon as I get in the car I get a call from the automated system saying the delivery truck is only 10 minutes away from my house which means they going to show up at 10:25. Im still on my way because they not suppose to be there untill 11. So I called the store to try to let them know that I am on my way and the truck is saying they are going to be there a bit earlier. and the first thing sales staff said was "See I told you to be there all day, you gonna miss the truck again" so whats the point of having a schedule time frame? in what world was that sentence even helpful to the customer? I tried to explain to him that I am on my way and will be there even before the schedule time of 11am, I just need him to let the truck knows that I will be there maybe a few minutes later so I dont miss the truck again but before I even finish my sentence the staff just repeatedly hackle me with "you gonna miss the truck again, I told you to be there all day" "they can be there before the time frame or after the time frame" there was so many question in my head running thru my mind at this point, like how is that even consider a schedule time frame if it isn't a time frame of the delivery? and how is this even helping me or the store at this point, how is this guy even qualify to be in a customer service field? and how is that even my fault that they come in an unscheduled time and I have to suffer another rescheduled delivery? and am I suppose to still drive 30 minutes away just to miss the truck by a few minutes again? this entire conversation he didn't offer any solution to the problem at hand, no apologetic OR EVEN EMPATHETIC tone, given all he had to do is say "hey don't worry you're not gonna miss it, I will notify the truck driver that you are on your way just drive safe Mr Chung" that would've been so easy and I can deal with the unscheduled delivery, and the delivery schedule pushed backs no problem. but I can't deal with customers service this terrible. and it is at that moment I realize I do not need this headache and this company do not deserve my business, I have higher integrity than that, so told him "you know what, just cancel everything", I'm not going to waste my time driving there and just miss the truck again like he repeatedly say over the phone and try to pin blame on me. and to no surprised he uttered "that's fine with me" as a respond, He called back 5 minutes later, and said "he just want to reason everything out, so I'm thinking MAYBE as a human being he was just also frustrated and so he would either A: apologize, B: be empathetic, or C: offer me a solution. well sorry to disappoint you, your sales "professional" offered none of the above, instead he said "you know you put your order on credit and to cancel everything it you will be financing a pillow because you did buy a pillow as well", oh man that is what came up to his head, in his mind instead of offering any of the options above he chose hidden option D: Hold customer order hostage base on their purchase method, he thinks that at this point he should hold me hostage of the order by saying this order is on a line of credit. and to him that is "reasoning everything out" I had no time to argue about how "reasoning" the push back original schedule date was, or the unscheduled delivery time, or even how his inability to help with the current predicament as a professional sales staff. so I just told him thats okay I will deal with the $50 line of credit of the pillow thats no problem. and to be honest, I'm actually more offended that this was the effort used to win back my business is that him thinking I would say "oh wow if I cancel this order I would have to pay $50 in a line of credit, no way I am canceling now" this absolutely does not make any sense what so ever. So I went to the store and try to return the order and first thing he said "Hey whats up?" still no apology, or offer any solution. then I said "you know why I'm here" then his second and third sentence is "hey man, its the delivery team, I don't control the delivery team, if you cancel your order you would be looking at $50 in a line of credit, also I look up your order and it look like you got a great deal, it would be a shame to cancel". that really was the final straw, me showing up in person and his words coming out of his mouth at this point was to first place the blame on somebody else, then repeatedly threaten me with the $50 line of credit if I cancel and tells me how this is a good deal so I shouldn't cancel. he absolutely failed to see that at this point it is not the matter of the delivery drivers or the deals, or the line of credit that I care about, its the unprofessionalism this employee displayed this entire time that made me want to not do any business with Mattress Firm. So I told him that I can't believe that even me coming here in person to see what he have to say and this level of customer service is what I received, I told him that I had the call recorded because I was driving and I had a dash camera, and I told him I come here just to give you a chance to make things right before I post a review, and he just said "I have the call recorded too, get out of here" "please get out". this person actually tells me to get out of the store. ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING CUSTOMER SERVICE. TL DR. bought mattress, delivery hiccups, unprofessional staff, made me cancel the entire order because of poor customer service. staff told me to get out of the store. save your self the trouble. and just buy online.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Fast and courteous Bought two mattress sets in the last month. Nate was my first salesperson. I had my truck so saved on the delivery charge. Nate walked me through how to get to the warehouse 10 minutes away. Gave me his phone number in case I got lost. The process was fast and easy. Went back two weeks later for a full mattress. Asked for Nate but he was not working that day. Coop did the sale and said it was his last day at that location as he and Nate were both promoted to another store. Delivery was the next morning. Eric and Adrian set up. Both were fast and courteous. Good experience all around!

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Terrible customer service! This was my second purchase as mattress firm. Unfortunately, I had a terrible experience this time around. They charged my card twice for my purchase. I had to call the store and corporate multiple times to just get an answer as to how to get the refund. The store didn't even know the process of how to refund my money. This is absolutely unacceptable and very poor customer service. There was no service recovery attempted. Next time, I will purchase elsewhere.
