Rated 1 out of 5 by from very upset I placed an order for a king size mattress and was told it would be delivered. I waited about a three to four days for my order. First they would call me the night before, which never happen, so I called the store in the morning and they told me that it would be delivered today. I waited until 6:30 pm and I called the store and they stated that they would check on my delivery and call me. I waited an hour for a call back and nothing. I then call back and no answer. After several tries someone finally picks up the phone and slams the phone done. I tried several more times and no answer finally the store closes. I am highly upset.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from A little mixed up but still purchased a mattress Went to a store to purchase mattress at 11 am. Store wasn't open. It was posted to open at 10 am. Went to the next store and was told the clerk was mixed up on schedule but was headed there now. Wanted to take home a mattress set that day. The kind of set we wanted there was only one set available that we could take home that day. It wasn't the Sealy we wanted but one we settled for. The mattress is ok, better than the broken down one we had. We were told we have 120 days to return it but we will probably be keeping it. Sale would have been ok if we wanted to wait.

Melissa helped me find a very nice mattress and one I could afford. I just cried because of everything that I am going through. Melissa was very nice and talked to me. This store is not all abt sales, but u feel like u have known Melissa for a long time. She is not pushy at all.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from They have no idea what they are doing. I purchased a king mattress 5/26/2018 was told I would receive a call 6/4/2018 between 5:30-8:00PM for delivery time 6/5/2018. Guess what I never got a call so I called the store on 6/5/2018 and was told they forgot to call me that my order would not be ready until 6/7/2018, Then received another call that it won't be delivered until Sunday 6/10/2018. If it is not delivered at that time I will call my Credit Card Company and dispute the charges for a company that good not keep their end of the bargain.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Great... Until I went to pick up my mattress. Found a mattress I loved and opted out of the delivery service. The sales associate that sold us the mattress was wonderful, no complaints there. My receipt said that my mattress would be ready on a Saturday, and the sales associate said it would be ready two days earlier if I wanted to come get it early. I decided to wait until Saturday, just in case, and the mattress still wasn't there. They delivered the box spring without the mattress. So I wasted a trip up to the store to be told that it looked like all the stores around had the mattress in stock... but they didn't even though the different sales associate (not the one that sold me the mattress) said that it was in stock. It was very frustrating. Now I am going to have to go back up to the store to pick up the mattress later this week.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Mattresses A couple days ago we purchased a mattress from you guys the first person told us that the mattress would fit the bed and we would get a 10 year warranty on the mattress we go to the store to pic it up and finish up the paper work and the young lady malissa boggs in hickory was very honest with us and great service with her but she did inform us that the bed was final sale and that we could not take it back or we did not get a 10 year warranty on it when the first person that we talked to said we would get the 10 year warranty on it and part of the reason we bought it. I really think that every so one should be very honest with people like malissa boggs was it make thing a lot better and as for customers it letting them know before they walk out the doors what they are really getting as far as warranty and return policy.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Not likely to recommend We originally went to the store and looked this was very close to closing time and we were told they had plenty of these mattresses in stock and would have it within 2 days. I went back the next morning as soon as the store opened to purchase what was discussed the night before, only to be told it would be 2 weeks before I would get anything. When I asked what happened to the plenty in stock the only answer I received was that was a popular mattress. Not a good answer when you just told me I could have in 2 days and there were plenty. Then, my date of pickup was 10-13-16 no called was received for me to pick up, when I called I was only given more disappointing news, only the box springs had been shipped and the mattress would not be in until Saturday. Again, no call on Saturday so I called again on Sunday to the store where my box springs we were at and I had paid for ALL that I had purchased, only to be told that my mattress had been delivered to another store down the road. When I asked why they had no reason, I asked could it be taken to the store where I bought it and I only have one stop to get ALL that I had purchased. I was told it would be a couple more days due to they would have to wait for a truck from Charlotte. So of course we had to make 2 stops to get our purchase. It is extremely disappointing that you have 5 Mattress Firms within walking distance of each other and yet these stores can't stay stocked. Seems like overkill if you ask me to have so many stores with such poor service and lack of inventory. I chose this store over a locally owned store because I was needing the mattress sooner than later and convenience that the store was open when I was available to go by. But, once again proven larger chains are not always the best because what was one convenience ended up being more of an inconvenience. I will never use your company again nor will I recommend this company

We we so happy to be able to buy new mattresses ,we were told our old mattresses would be hauled away and new beds and mattresses set up ,delivery men came without calling brought in new things and in very broken barely understandable English was told no they will not take old stuff and no they will not set up new things .....poor service and paid an additional 79.00 for this service
