He explained what how the displays were arranged and asked what we were looking for. He directed us in the location of the type of mattress and told us to take our time. We did not feel pressured into buying anything and he answered our questions. After "shopping around " we went back to Matress Firm and informed Greg we were ready to purchase. Other places were overpriced and the associates were not educated as well as pushy!! I was very impressed with the professional and friendly service!! We have recommended Mattess Firm to friends!

He waited until AFTER we made our decision to tell us that we actually purchased the same bed that he has. That made us feel like our decision was solid, but we weren't pushed. If the employee has this bed, it has to be ok, right? He treated us like we were buying one of those black ice beds even though we walked in saying we wanted the least expensive option possible. He allowed us time to compare and made us feel comfortable with our decision to spend quite a few hundred more than we had intended. No buyers remorse here! Thanks, James! We're pretty excited to begin sleeping better!

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Horrible basic attention to detail and service As per this web page for the Willoughby store, Sat hours are listed as being open until 9pm. Arrived @ 8:20 and store was CLOSED! I don't appreciate taking the time to look up hours of operation and driving there only to find its closed! If the simple detail of hours on their own web page is too difficult, I can hardly expect them to get the details of an order correct. I tried to "live chat" with a CSR but guess what? That doesn't work properly, either. It would behoove Mattress Firm to get their act together if they'd like to have their business thrive. Cheap products aren't enough. I will be buying my kid's beds at the furniture store I purchased my bed and living room set last year. Well worth the extra money for competence.

We are replacing one that was only 6 years old that failed to hold it's shape and never really was all that comfortable to begin with. So I asked the store manager how do I go about picking out a new one. He asked me a few questions about how we sleep and do we have any special requirements. My wife has sore hips but didn't know a mattress could help with that. Anyway he made a few suggestions and the one we picked out solve my wife's hip problem immediately. Better yet, we got information, suggestions and the help we needed. He let us buy what we wanted and never attempted to over sell us. Not at all pushy which we both really appreciated. I'm a salesman myself and new right off he wanted to help rather than take advantage.

So during my visit to Ohio, i decided to go in and discuss options, finding a more suitable pillow for me and my partner. Jim looked after us so well and when I couldn't find a pillow in the tempur range that i liked, he suggested another brand. We are so happy with our pillows - a his and hers....sleeping even better after 4 nights on them. Thank you.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Double check the quote!! The sales man was very helpful and personable. He answered all my questions about the bed. He was knowledgeable about the bed. However I ended up leasing my bed and when I was in the store I asked him how much my payments were going to be. The quote he gave me was no where near the amount I now have to struggle to pay every month. I am hoping I can make the payments. As far as I am concerned it was a major mistake.

My pad was not on the truck and I was told by the delivery crew a note would be made on the invoice and the pad sent. When I then called the store, a week later after not receiving the pad, the clerk couldn't find any mention of a note and was rude. He clearly has no intention of rectifying the situation.
