Rated 5 out of 5 by from Awesome experience! I am disabled and needed a solution for sleeping. I've slept in a recliner for years and needed a bed I could adjust to me and accommodate my pain. I also was very scared to go into a store to find something. But, from the minute my husband and I entered the store the employees made us feel at ease, very respectful and knowledgeable. They were able to find me a solution and something for my husband as well. I am very happy to report that I haven't had such a great night sleep ever. My husband and I are extremely pleased with the service we received and product is amazing. Thank you, Sleep Train!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Excellent customer service, not pushy I went in try out a specific mattress. Jamie Mcginty, who helped us knew exactly what and where the mattress was that I gave her the name of. My husband and I felt completely comfortable with her and she was very friendly. After we chose our mattress she showed us some other add-on options such as mattress protectors (my husband sweats so..) I was happy she pointed that out!! Over all very easy, comfortable, and friendly yet professional experience. The one thing I didn't like was another employee corrected Jamie on something under his breath while she was helping her (unprofessional of him).

It was a slow day so we were able to ask a lot of questions and try out several styles before deciding. James was extremely knowledgeable and through the entire process. I gave him a budget and we were able to get everything we wanted and stayed right where I wanted to be. Our bed was delivered on time, the guys were funny and professional. We've only had one night to sleep on our bed, so after that one night, we love it. I would definitely purchase another bed from sleep train. This is how bed shopping should be.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from I had just intended to check out the selection Recently I had stopped by Sleeptrain to view the selection of mistresses available in your showroom and had intended on visiting other stores in the area that sell mattresses as well. The sales associate (Naji Patrick) went above and beyond to insure that we ended up with the best possible matress for our needs and at a price that was within our budget. There was no hard upsale, his intent was to insure that we were 100% satisfied with choosing a matress. As a direct result of the wonderful customer service we received from Mr. Patrick we decided that we didn't need to check out the selection at any of the other stores and are 100% satisfied with both the customer service that we had received as well as with the matress!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from All around great. The entire experience was great. I spent a lot time going from bed to bed trying them out. While the salesperson would occasionally come to check and see if I had any questions, not being pushing at all. I appreciated the mix of giving me time to look on my own while also checking in for when I had questions, which I usually did. As usual, after I had mostly decided on the bed I wanted, she went through to find the best pricing for the bed. Lastly, I was able to get the one year, no interest financing which will be be a huge help. Thank you sleep train.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Above and beyond my expectations! I ordered the bed and frame with the shorter legs. But they were still not short enough. I was told at another store that there were no other options for shorter legs. But, I decided to stop in and talk to the store in Keizer where I met James Andrew. He was amazing and ordered casters as well as even shorter legs for my bed. They came in and I went and picked them up. They work perfectly! I even found purple sheets to buy from him! He is a great salesperson and understands how important going the extra mile really is! I am very happy with my new bed.

We explained our needs to James, our sales man and showed him a mattress that we both liked. It was one of the more expensive choices in the store. We didn't indicate a price concern just a comfort concern. And that is exactly what James focused on. After listening to each of our needs, he walked around with us and had us try a few other options, all of which were more affordable choices. At the end, we ended up with our first choice, but I really appreciated that he didn't just wrap it up after 5 mins. He took the time to make sure we saw all the options he felt would be a good solution for us. He answered all of our questions and we left feeling like we made a great decision!

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Very disappointing On February 18 th I chose a new mattress and adjustable bed that was more than I had intended to pay. I was fine with that and was told that they would hold it for me and I could pay the balance when I got paid the beginning of the month. They set the delivery date for the 6 th of March with the agreement that I would be in a couple of days before that to pay the balance. I wasn't able to get in to make the payment until the 6 th due to the fact that my son was admitted to the hospital critically ill. I didn't expect to have the delivery that day but was shocked to be told that I would have to wait a month now to receive my bed. The salesman said there was nothing he could do to help. Tomorrow I will be shopping for a new bed somewhere else and sharing this story with everyone I know and meet.
