Do any of these Mattress Firm Core Exclusions apply to you?

Did you purchase your product(s) within 120 days? arrow

You are currently within our 120 Night Sleep Trial period and may qualify for an immediate exchange of your merchandise. Please contact your method of purchase by calling the phone number on your receipt. Our associate will advise how you should continue to take advantage of the 120 Night Sleep Trial offer. If you have already taken part in this offer you may continue, but please note: your new mattress needs time to adjust to your body, usually around 3 weeks. Sleep on it every night for a minimum of 21 nights so your mattress can get to know you.

Do you have the law tag in your posession? arrow

The law tag's purpose is to identify the product, manufacturer, warranty time frame and manufacture date. Without having the law tag in your possession we cannot honor a warranty submission as the product information needed cannot be validated.

Did you purchase your product at an outlet store on clearance? arrow

Clearance/Outlet/Display/Floor/Preowned model items do not carry a warranty through Mattress Firm or the manufacturer. If an extended warranty was purchased through Firm Care, please be sure to have a copy of your invoice as the warranty provider will require a proof of purchase of both the item and the extended warranty policy.

Was your product(s) purchased from Amazon within 120 days? arrow

Did you purchase an Extended Warranty for Outlet or Adjustable Bases (Firm Care)? arrow

Warranty claims for those who have purchased an extended warranty will have to contact the warranty provider. In order to file your warranty claim, please be sure to have a copy of your invoice as the warranty provider will require a proof of purchase of both the item and the extended warranty purchase.
