What To Know About the New Sleepy’s Adjustable Bases

A man and a woman sitting up in bed using thier adjustable base.

If you haven’t already heard about the benefits of sleeping on an adjustable bed, you’re missing out. An adjustable base bed is a movable foundation that can adjust the position of your head or your head and feet, so you can find the perfect positioning to always be comfortable in bed. Whether you’re reading in bed, watching your favorite show, elevating your ankles after a long day, or recovering from an injury, you can find a position that suits you with an adjustable base.

Mattress Firm’s exclusive Sleepy’s brand has just released a new line of three adjustable beds, curated to meet your unique needs. Sleepy’s teamed up with our Sleep Experts® to create a collection of products that are sleep solution-oriented, making sure you can customize your bed to get the best sleep ever. Here are some of the features you shouldn’t miss…

Sleepy's Basic Adjustable Base

Sleepy’s Basic Adjustable Base is an easy-to-use introductory bed base. Ideal for a guest rooms, smaller living spaces or someone who doesn’t anticipate needing additional features, the Basic includes a wired, handheld remote to elevate your head to help make it more comfortable to read in bed and to help reduce snoring, sleep apnea, or acid reflux. Assembly is quick and easy.

Sleepy's Signature Adjustable Base

Everything about this adjustable base is designed to elevate the quality of your Zzz’s. The Sleepy’s Signature features a wireless remote that can return the bed to a flat position with the push of a button. Not only does this adjustable bed raise and lower your head and legs, but the legs of the base itself can be adjusted to help you find the perfect bed height for both comfort and aesthetic benefits.

Elevating the head can alleviate some pressure on the neck and spine, but elevating the feet is often where the true pressure-relieving benefits come in. Elevating your feet over your heart can help relieve pressure on the lower back and reduce inflammation.

While both the Basic and Signature models feature a steel support system, there’s a higher weight capacity on the Signature model. This ensures enough support for you, your loved ones, and any furry friends.

Sleepy's Deluxe Adjustable Base

This base features the head- and foot-elevating benefits of the Signature base, plus additional comfort features, including a vibrating massage setting, motion-activated under-bed lighting for middle-of-the-night bathroom breaks, and USB charging ports. The wireless, color-display LCD remote enables you to save two favorite sleep positions. This base also includes the NASA-developed zero-gravity position—which is excellent for circulation and relaxation. The circulation-enhancing massage feature allows sleepers to feel rejuvenated and refreshed in the morning.

The Deluxe model also features a luxe upholstered material for comfort and style.

Each of these bases is now available exclusively at a Mattress Firm near you.
