KODIAK LIMITED WARRANTY

Kodiak Furniture warrants to the consumer, who make the original purchase of the Kodiak Furniture products, a limited warranty. This limited warranty is against the material or workmanship of the furniture for a period of one year from date of purchase.

MAINTENANCE

Proper care of your mattress is required to ensure this limited warranty.

AUTHORIZED RETAILER

This warranty only applies to the person who originally purchases the furniture from an authorized Kodiak Furniture dealer. The warranty cannot be transferred, resold or used by subsequent owners.

NORMAL USE

Kodiak Furniture products are designed for indoor use. Outdoor use, commerial use, and all non-residential use are not covered under this warranty. Abuse, product modification, and inadequate maintenance void this warranty.

USER WEIGHT

This warranty is designed for inividuals weighing 250 pounds or less. The warranty does not apply to individuals exceeding this weight.

TRANSPORTATION

Kodiak Furniture does not pay for shipping or handling of warranty items.

CLAIMS

Any claim against the warranty must be presented in writing to the authorized Kodiak Furniture retailer. Along with the written claim, a photo of the defective piece must be submitted. The authorized Kodiak Furniture retailer will then contact Kodiak Furniture. If Kodiak Furniture no longer stocks the replacement item, you will receive a substitute item of similar style, color and value.

CAUTION

Caution must be used when operating Kodiak Furniture's convertible furniture. Children shouldn't be allowed to operate convertible furniture. Convertible furniture should only be used when positioned in one of it's factory set positions (sit, lounge, or sleep positions). Remember to keep your hands and feet clear of the mechanisms when operating convertible furniture.
