Limited Coconut Pillow Warranty (“Limited Warranty”)

1. This Limited Warranty extends only to pillows manufactured by Future Foam and purchased by the original purchaser directly from Mattress Firm (the “Pillows”).  The “original purchaser”, for the purposes of this Limited Warranty, is the first purchaser of the Pillow from Mattress Firm.  The original purchaser must retain a copy of his or her receipt as proof of purchase.  This Limited Warranty is not transferable.

2. Future Foam warrants the Pillow in its original packaging sold to the original purchaser against defects in material and workmanship set forth below (“Defects”) for a period of 1 year from the time the Pillow is purchased by the original purchaser (the “Limited Warranty Term”), when the Pillow is used normally for its intended purposes in the home.  This Limited Warranty does not apply to any Pillows used in hotels or stores.

3. This Limited Warranty applies to Defects due to faulty workmanship or materials (subject to the limitations described in this Limited Warranty) which (i) cause the Pillow to split or crack despite normal usage in the home and proper handling; (ii) result in deterioration of the structure of the material within the Pillow which cause the Pillow to have a visible indentation greater than one inch which was not intended by the design of the Pillow; or (iii) the zipper to the cover of the pillow is defective despite normal and intended use.  

4. This Limited Warranty does not cover any of the following:

• Normal increases in softening and settling of materials or any other normal wear and tear.
• Comfort preference.
• Physical abuse or damage to the structure and/or cover material, including, but not limited to, burns, cuts, tears, liquid damage, or stains (provided that the defect is caused by such abuse or damage).
• Damage caused by commercial use, such as in a hotel or store.
• Any Pillow sold by a party other than Mattress Firm.

5. In the event of a Defect which occurs during the Limited Warranty Term, Future Foam’s sole and exclusive liability and the original purchaser’s sole remedy under this Limited Warranty will be, at Future Foam’s option, to provide a repaired or replacement Pillow or Pillow cover, subject to the terms and conditions of this Limited Warranty and the fulfillment of the original purchaser responsibilities detailed below.

6. In the event of a Defect and in order to receive the benefit of this Limited Warranty, the original Purchaser must return the Pillow to Future Foam and provide Future Foam with original proof of the purchase. Should shipping costs be required to return the Pillow, the original purchaser will be solely responsible for those costs. Evidence of a Defect and any claims must be sent to the address set forth at the end of this Limited Warranty. Future Foam will repair or replace (as applicable) and ship the Pillow back to the original purchaser.

7. Replaced or repaired Pillows are subject to the same Limited Warranty as the original Pillow.  If the original purchaser obtains a replaced or repaired Pillow, the Limited Warranty Term of the replaced or repaired Pillow will end on the date of purchase of the Pillow by the original purchaser.
