THE WARRANTY REQUIRES THAT YOU REGISTER YOUR CLAIM WITHIN 5 DAYS OF NOTICING THE DEFECT.
The product must be returned to ProtectAll for inspection and validation of claim.
A retail receipt for your product must be provided to validate your purchase.
THE USE OF BLEACH WILL VOID YOUR WARRANTY.
THIS WARRANTY DOES NOT COVER OR APPLY TO:
Willful abuse of pillow, acts of God, war, intentional or hostile acts. Damage caused by pets, normal wear and tear, normal everyday soiling, fading, and stains caused by cleaners. Pillows that are not handled according to the laundering instructions or that had been commercially laundered will not be covered. This warranty replaces all other warranties expressed or implied and no one is authorized to assume or undertake for ProtectAll USA LLC any other liability connection with the sale of this product. ProtectAll USA LLC shall not be liable for any consequential or indirect damage of whatever kind and shall only be required to replace a defective pillow. This warranty is made by ProtectAll USA LLC and is not made by or on behalf of its distributors, retailers or any other party.
