Sleep Experts will execute MFRM selling programs and support a seamless omni-channel experience to create a compelling and engaging environment that puts the customer at the center. Your journey begins with an extensive retail sales training program that enables you to help customers design and build a sleep system of their dreams.

Sales Manager
Store Manager
The Store Manager/Sr. Store Manager is a role that executes in-store merchandising and selling programs, supports the omni-channel experience and delivers KPI results to achieve sales performance goals. The Store Manager will lead Company initiatives that further our Vision, always put the customer at the center and create a compelling and engaging environment for team members.

Sr. Store Manager’s will be responsible to manage over two store locations*.
  • Drive individual and store team’s performanceto reach targeted goals
  • Manage and coach store employees in sales & product knowledge
  • Provide constructive feedback & Individual Development Plans
  • Create staff schedule to drive store goals and store profitability
District Manager
District Manager
The District Manager executes the strategic business objectives of a defined district in sales management, store operations, merchandising and profitability.
  • Drive individual and store team’s performance through KPI’s
  • Manages the overall sales & performance of their district
  • Co-organizes and participates in sales meetings and workshops
  • Create staff schedule to drive store goals and store profitability
