Will Mattress Firm pickup my old merchandise?

Mattress Firm does offer haul off services on select items for an additional fee (excluding the State of California where haul off is included at no additional cost). Please see our delivery options. Please be sure to check the Delivery & Shipping tab under the Details & Specs for the specific item you are interested in to see which delivery option your order will qualify for. Please note for items shipped via FedEX or UPS, we offer Silver Service that does not include haul off.
