So, How Do I Get Started?

There are two options for filing a claim:

  1. If your product is from one of the manufacturers listed in the table below, you’ll need to have an invoice, and contact them directly.
  2. If your product is NOT from one of the manufacturers listed in the table below, Mattress Firm will file the claim on your behalf via the paid or free version under the “Get Started” button below.

Manufacturers Who Handle Their Own Warranties

To start, it’s important to know the brand of your product because the manufacturer is solely responsible for warranty fulfillment. You can identify the manufacturer name by referencing the law tag attached to your mattress or by reviewing your invoice. Mattress Firm helps you by facilitating the warranty claim process, but we are ultimately bound to the requirements set forth by the manufacturer.

Options for filing your warranty claim

If your brand isn't listed above, your product will need to be inspected to file a claim. There are two inspection options to choose from:

Warranty eClaim (FREE)

Results in 5 - 10 Business Days

It's the fastest, easiest way to file a warranty claim. Simply answer a few quick questions, download, and print a measuring device, and upload some photos of your product(s). The entire process shouldn't take more than 15 minutes, and if you are able to provide all the required information needed, we will provide the results within 5-10 business days.

Third-Party Inspection ($79.99)

Results in 3-4 Weeks

Schedule an appointment for a third-party inspector to visit your home for $79.99. This is a perfect option for those with limited time and resources, or without a personal device to capture and upload photos to our website. We respond to inquiries in the order they are received (please allow at least 5 business days). Appointment calls are usually received within 7-10 business days thereafter.

You are currently within our 120 Night Sleep Trial period and may qualify for an immediate exchange of your merchandise. Please contact your method of purchase by calling the phone number on your receipt. Our associate will advise how you should continue to take advantage of the 120 Night Sleep Trial offer. If you have already taken part in this offer you may continue, but please note: your new mattress needs time to adjust to your body, usually around 3 weeks. Sleep on it every night for a minimum of 21 nights so your mattress can get to know you.

The law tag's purpose is to identify the product, manufacturer, warranty time frame and manufacture date. Without having the law tag in your possession we cannot honor a warranty submission as the product information needed cannot be validated.

Clearance/Outlet/Display/Floor/Preowned model items do not carry a warranty through Mattress Firm or the manufacturer. If an extended warranty was purchased through Firm Care, please be sure to have a copy of your invoice as the warranty provider will require a proof of purchase of both the item and the extended warranty policy.

Amazon requires order inquiries and customer service requests to be handled through their website. For customer service, please contact us from your Amazon.com order history page.

Warranty claims for those who have purchased an extended warranty will have to contact the warranty provider. In order to file your warranty claim, please be sure to have a copy of your invoice as the warranty provider will require a proof of purchase of both the item and the extended warranty purchase.
