Inside, TEMPUR-Material works with a hybrid design to relieve pressure points while supporting your body. Over 1,300 premium innersprings add responsive support, and Ventilated Advanced Relief material is engineered for more targeted support at key areas like the shoulders, hips, and back.


If you want more personalization at the top of the bed, TEMPUR also offers a Split Head King Sleep System that pairs a king LuxeBreeze mattress split at the head with your choice of a TEMPUR Ergo Smart or ProSmart Base. Each side can be adjusted independently at the head for features like head positioning, lumbar support, massage, and Snore Response, while the bottom remains a seamless sleep surface.
