I. Applicable Product(s)

All mattresses sold through www.mattressfirm.com and through authorized Mattress Firm store locations, subject to the terms and conditions outlined below.

II. Warranty Coverage – Limited Warranty Terms

All DreamCloud Sleep products are covered by a trial period that allows you to return your purchased product if you are not satisfied.

III. Who Is Covered

This Limited Warranty is valid only for the original purchaser from the original purchase date of the mattress and is non-transferable.

The “original purchaser,” for the purposes of this Limited Warranty, is the first purchaser of the mattress from a Mattress Firm retail location.

Please retain a copy of your receipt as proof of purchase and ownership.

If you sell or otherwise relinquish ownership of the mattress to another person, this Limited Warranty terminates, and the subsequent owner accepts the product “as is” and “with all faults.”

IV. What Is Warranted

This Limited Warranty extends to applicable DreamCloud mattresses sold by Mattress Firm or MattressFirm.com.

DreamCloud Sleep warrants the mattress in its original packaging against defects in material and workmanship (“Defects”) for a period of one (1) full year of ownership and use, commencing from the date of purchase.

Any replaced mattress is subject to the same Limited Warranty term as the original mattress. The warranty term does not restart upon replacement.

Products must be physically located in the contiguous United States, Alaska, and Hawaii to be eligible for returns or warranty claims.

Mattresses sold as part of a bundle are covered under this Limited Warranty. Non-mattress products (including furniture and bedding) included in a bundle are covered under separate warranties.

V. Covered Defects

• Deterioration causing a visible indentation greater than one and one-half inches (1.5") that is not associated with an improper or unsupportive foundation or bed base.
• Physical flaws causing foam material to degrade, split, or crack despite normal usage and proper handling.
• Manufacturing defects in the assembly of the mattress cover.

Normal wear requires continuous support by a matching foundation or adjustable base with a proper bed frame capable of supporting the combined weight of the mattress and user(s).

VI. Exclusions – What This Limited Warranty Does Not Cover

• Any mattress with the cover removed for any reason.
• Damage caused by environmental conditions.
• Misuse, neglect, accidents, or use contrary to provided instructions.
• Normal softening of foam materials that does not affect pressure relief.
• Personal comfort preferences.
• Physical abuse to the mattress or cover, including burns, cuts, tears, liquid damage, or stains.
• Mattresses sold “as-is,” “used,” “preconditioned,” “returned,” or otherwise not new, unless required by applicable law.
• Shipment of replacement mattresses outside of the contiguous United States, Alaska, and Hawaii.

VII. Warranty Remedy

In the event of a verified defect, DreamCloud Sleep’s sole liability and your exclusive remedy under this Limited Warranty is as follows:

• For the first ten (10) years of ownership, a replacement DreamCloud mattress of equal or greater value will be provided at no cost to you.

VIII. Your Responsibilities

To maintain warranty eligibility, the mattress must be used on a firm, solid surface capable of fully supporting the mattress and user(s).

You must return the mattress and/or mattress cover and provide proof of original purchase when making a warranty claim.
