It’s been awhile since I mattress shopped. I started with Mattress Firm in Tumwater because of its location. Lucia, our sales consultant, was welcoming while not being pushy. She listened exceptionally well and responded to what was being asked. She provided detailed information. I did look at a few other mattress stores that didn’t hold a candle to not only Mattress Firm’s options but prices and services. And salesmanship. I returned later in the day to buy the mattress and since Lucia was with other customers I was assisted by Benjamin. He was especially considerate, knowledgeable and completed the paper work with expertise. And both Lucia and Benjamin were such positive, friendly and helpful consultants. It was a genuine pleasure to work with both. I have no doubts that I’ll return when, in this next year, I want to replace the next mattress.
