I would give them 10 stars out of five. Roland and Jesse are excellent. They helped my wife and I find the best bed for our needs and at a incredible great price. They spent a lot of time going over the different mattresses and when I left the store I felt they went above and beyond. Couldn’t of been happier with my purchase. I would definitely recommend them to anyone.

Excellent customer service! Robert greeted us as we came in, took a read on us for what we were looking for and introduced us to several brands. He expertly explained each mattress as we moved around the showroom trying them all. No rush, no pressure and that’s makes a big difference to us. It was a very pleasant shopping and buying experience. We definitely recommend Mattresses FIRM if you are looking for a new mattress.

Everyone was patient while my husband & I checked all the possibilities. All our questions were answered throughly & there wasn’t any ‘pressure’ to make a decision right that minute. We checked other stores & returned to Mattress Firm for the choices they offered & the reasonable financing they had. Shout out to Harry for his patience with us!! Excellent customer service!
