I just purchased my awesome new mattress here at Mattress Firm. We got such a wonderful deal with box spring and mattress cover. Our sales rep Michelle was very helpful and just navigated that fine line of when to help out and when to just step back and let us test drive our new mattress. She is excellent! Our whole experience was a perfect buying experience. I recommend shopping for your long term purchase the great old fashion way (instead of online) go inside and test drive one personally. Some experiences should not be fixed since it was never broke to begin with. Just sayin…. Enjoy your new mattress folks!!😴🥳

Maria was amazing! She was patient and sweet, she walked me through the different styles, after asking me what I was looking for. I thought I wanted a pillow top, but Maria showed me a hybrid that fit was I was looking for and I ended up loving way more!!
