This was the most pleasant shopping experience I’ve ever had thanks to Alex, who was amazing. He heard our needs and worked with us to make sure we knew all our options and got exactly what we needed. He was so patient and kind and transparent. He made sure we were aware of any special promos or sales that were going on. The store is also brand new which was nice. We left with our perfect mattress ordered and so happy! Brandon and Morgan at the Inglewood site on N century Blvd were the best Representative that Mattress Firm can have to represent the company. With a recent purchase of a mattress online I was ready for a full refund and return of the recent purchase but these two took the time to make sure our needs were met and provided us with the right comfortable mattress, we took a chance, just to think we had to work with great people like them in Los Angeles when we live in Las Vegas the results are amazing so much better then the online/ Chat representative that sold us the Hardest Mattress in America. I recommend that both Brandon and Morgan get that great bonus or raise for their professionalism and knowledge because they represented mattress Firm well and helped us out.
