My husband and I walked in on Saturday afternoon and was quickly greeted by Christopher. He helped us walk through the different options and went into great detail that would personally fit our sleep needs. We felt really comfortable asking questions. He was very communicative and was great at let us try different options and let us take our time deciding. When it was time to check out he gave us details about the current promotions and finance options. It was also great chatting with Elijah the store manager as well. They were both so friendly and welcoming. 10/10 would come back to this specific mattress firm to work with these two lovely people. Great customer service all around.

I was in and out of the store super quickly, as I was wanting. I had a budget to buy my kids 2 twin mattresses. Elisha had my daughter try a few mattresses and take a short quiz. She found some great choices in my budget. They will be delivered in a couple days. I completely recommend this place!

Elisha assisted me with finding the best mattress for my back pain. I got a great deal and quick delivery. I purchased on Friday and it was delivered Sunday. Elisha provided excellent customer service and was extremely knowledgeable. Edgar delivered my mattress today in the rain! I didn’t know it would rain today but I appreciate his service. He was friendly, great customer service and hauled my old set away. Overall 10/10 service. Thank you Mattress Firm!
