Andrew at the Cheyenne Mountain store performed over and above. We bought a Sterns and Foster mattress and it was too soft, which caused us pain. After a period, we called Andrew and ask to trade it for a firmer one. Andrew was very helpfull and facilitated our exchange with a smile. Although there was a charge for restocking, we should get the right fit delivered soon. Andrew"s superior service is very appreciated and is frankly top of the line. Thanks, Mike L
