I went into Mattress firm on U street with my 3yr old daughter, looking to buy a queen size mattress for her bed. I know right, 3yr old queen size bed, what can I say she's in love with my king bed. Had to give her a reason to sleep in her own bed, anyway we had the pleasure of meeting Michael who was very helpful and patient with us and gave us a great deal on the mattress. I came to this location based on a review I read. The salesman was very helpful and pleasant. He had my son try out several choices based on the type mattress he was interested in, once he narrowed it down to two he had him try them again to make a decision. Overall we left very excited about or choice.

I went into the mattress firm on H Street NE to buy a mattress cover. Lorenzo Tillery's customer service was outstanding. Although he knew that I had no intention on buying a mattress, he still took the time with me to explain the differences in the mattress covers. He was patient, friendly, and helpful. I would trust him 100% if i were buying a mattress.
