It’s safe to say that I got it right the first time with my mattress. Ms. Brenda at the Columbia Heights store directed me to the Northridge mattress, as well as giving me a complimentary Bedgear mattress protector, after learning my sleep habits and whatnot. She’s a treasure, and reminds me of my own grandmother. The mattress takes a little while to break in (stiff on the hips), but it goes away after a couple of weeks. It also sleeps cool, so that’s an added bonus. The delivery was thorough, with them confirming dates and sending text notifications. The delivery men placed the mattress in the frame, easy-peasy! I’d recommend the entire process at Mattresses Warehouse without a doubt.

I went in knowing I wanted a comfortable bed and Calvin helped me find it! He was extremely respectful, accommodating, and understanding of my needs. He also did not pressure me into one option or another and gave me time to figure out what worked best for me. I’m really excited for many nights of restful sleep on my new bed!!!!
