I don’t leave reviews much but this deserves an honest review. I walked into the Casper store @ Ponce City Market to get educated on buying a mattress as I’ve had so many questions after reviewing them online. The service there was good a mature gentleman named Larry assisted me and I had a lot to think about. Later on in the day I went to Ashley furniture store and got assisted by another young lady (forgot her name) but they had a bigger selection but prices seemed to be quite high as the sales associate only showed me higher end mattresses. She did not really ask as many questions as Larry did so I was a bit apprehensive. I said before I get home let me pull into Mattress firm and check them out. I was greeted by a wonderful man named Romeo with a big bright smile his energy had me happy to be there which is rear as most people in the retail industry seem that they don’t want you there or you’re bothering them. I told him “I was just looking” and he asked me some terrific questions about what I was looking for exactly so he could better assist. I told him that honestly I walked into 2 other stores today and I’m overwhelmed by the selection price and education that I got from the sales associates and my own online knowledge. The first question he asked me was what is wrong with my current mattress? Which isn’t something the other sales associates didn’t ask which meant he really wanted to know about me not just how much I wanted to spend. His attention to detail and care was what really had me taken back it was really like talking to a friend who happened to know an extensive amount on mattresses. I was not going to purchase that day but Romeo was no pushy and full of education and most importantly solutions to solve my current mattress situation. I bought a Tempurpedic mattress and adjustable base which he told me NOT to get the most expensive but a mid line model which when he did that really earned my business but most of all trust. I am a real estate investor I own several apartments on in metro Atlanta area and I told my property managers if anyone needs a mattress please send all of our tenants Romeo’s way as it was deserved. He is truly a gem to have in that location not to mention the company. I was going to do everything online once I tried them out but his service was at the golden level.

ROMEO WAS AMAZING ! I already knew what I wanted but he helped me choose between two separate Mattresses I was having a hard time choosing between. I’m somebody who was very concerned about making sure my Mattress could account for my various sleep styles. Romeo was not only knowledgeable about what to suggest but also gave his own insight and personal stories. There is no better way to buy a bed than in person and I’m glad I was able to have this experience with him.

I had the opportunity to speak with Romeo, who was very patient and well informed to help me resolve a concern that my elder parents had with a purchase. He took great care in explaining the policy and reassuring me. He was extremely kind and his willingness to take time to help me understand everything meant a great deal.
